Update – March 25, 2020: We have now processed refunds for delegates who had paid their fees to attend the 2020 COFI Convention by credit card. As you know, this year’s Convention is cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you do not see your refund reflected in your statement by April 1, 2020, please contact Diana Gillrie at gillrie@cofi.org. We look forward to seeing you at the 2021 Convention to be held in Vancouver at the JW Marriott Parq hotel from April 7-9, 2021. Stay safe, and we wish you and your family good health.

March 11, 2020: In light of the rapidly evolving situation regarding the coronavirus, including the declaration on March 11 from the World Health Organization that COVID-19 is considered a global pandemic, we’ve made the difficult but necessary decision to cancel the 2020 COFI Convention that was to be held April 1-3 in Prince George.

Naturally, we are disappointed as we always look forward to connecting with our industry colleagues, communities and partners. However, we believe this is the prudent course of action so that we do not put the health and safety of our delegates, presenters, sponsors, vendors exhibitors and staff at unnecessary risk.
